Café Culture, Aftermath

Well we can honestly say once again that this year’s café culture did not disappoint. It was a great mixture of all things to do with cafes, ranging from new and exciting coffees all the way to rainbow coloured bagels and flower tea. Now I am not sure how quickly rainbow coloured bagels will catch on but they certainly look good. It was great to catch up with various different people at the show and talk about future and emerging trends within the industry. As always we have been inspired by these shows and have come away with some new ideas that we will be experimenting over the coming weeks.
